Now for the coating, we're going to go right left right. Start with a solid coat of flour, get a SOLID egg wash on it, and then back into the flour. This makes those nice little crispy bits and will also assure your chicken stays moist. And yes ive had dry as fuck fried chicken that eas fresh, fucking heresy
