i've been sober for 4 days too now

at this point i get the "this feels good, maybe i'll start doing things now, get a grip of my life and stop drinking for good" feel which usually lasts for a week or two before i realize that the idea of doing things makes me fucking anxious so i just sit on the computer bored all day until i start drinking again

repeated this for a couple of years now
