i wanted to make shashlik with pork on grill, lard cubes, coctail tomatos, zucchini and champignons. do you guys think i can pour this vinnegar on it and it gonna work? i want to make fried potatos left in coats and was wondering if that would work

I don't know, but I think it's a case-by-case thing. I grew out of pickiness by going to a friend's house and having to eat their weird food to not be rude. It really opened me up, since I was coddled by my parents who were forced to eat nasty shit, and didn't want to force me (too much).
This exact same principle did not work for my brother-in-law who's still picky as hell to this day.
I do think though that making food an issue is probably the most damaging thing one can do as a parent to a child's diet. That's how you end up with stress eaters and gigafatties.

Some of them do genuinely smell bad. If they text like they can barely speak competent English, they probably eat authentic Indian food, which means they’re gonna smell. The ones who’ve made an effort to integrate can be fun though. The best I’ve hooked up with were basically aspirational trad wives with engineering degrees who could cook and would let me do whatever I want to them because they’re used to being subservient to men. Just get coffee the first time to make sure they’re not needful doer-tier.

It’s okay. Went to the one in Vegas earlier this year. Food kinda sucked. Drinks were mid. Service was fine. The ambience is the best part about it, and they let you keep your cup. My gf also thought it was overpriced and mediocre. I wouldn’t go there again unless it was this a kid because in hindsight it’s kind of fucking obvious that they’re the target demographic.
