Anyway if you want to talk about a dish Japan does well, I'd say western-inspired breakfasts are very good over there. Certainly more interesting than blander kebab.

If I'm offered toast and the only spread is butter, I much prefer it dry.

On weekends I get up early before people are out and about, find a nice quiet cafe, and spend an hour or so very leisurely eating breakfast.
It's so comfy, bros. You should absolutely try it sometime.

This was enough for me, but it might be nice to double it.
