You ever see the tavern in the Tolkien film series? JUST like that. Maybe a blend of something like GoT and Skyrim.

I want to have a pig on a spit every Friday, a lamb on Saturday, and nothing but chickens, ducks, quails, and turkey on Sundays. Every other day is excess etc.. No burgers. I'd have open pots and skillets over fire in plain view so people can see their food being cooked. I'd h ave herbs and spices hanging around for people to pass by and pick (maybe just let the waiters do that part idk).
Tables are wooden and scratched to oblivion and back, coated in sharpie hearts and dicks.

The bar would be in a separate room off a ways where local bands play

I'd have clay ovens cooking breads of the day. I'd have a cheese bar of sorts, where people can choose what cheeses they want on their food. Eggs. Butter. And a little garden out back where I grow the veggies.

We'd have a couple of hypoallergenic dogs wandering around begging for scraps, maybe a cat at the register, and a chicken out back so kids can have something to do with the moms while dad is getting fucking slopped.
