Those are stolen subway knives, you knave, and they cut really well thank you. As for the cleanliness, I'll have you know I keep a very tidy kitchen most of the time. That particular evening I'd gotten into the wine a little early and gotten overzealous in the seasoning of my butter filet. It came out scrumptious. Here is another picture. This was a delicious stir fry.
