LMAO, Indians climb positions in American tech companies because they accept lower pay than their American peers. H1-B visa workers are synonymous with incompetence and negligence. You are utterly deluded. There are entire industries that center around giving Indians fake degrees, job histories, and technical qualifications, just to keep pumping them out into American universities and offices. And when they get there, they rely entirely on their fellow Indians to stay above water. Which is why you have things happening like the entire Gujarati student body in my Comp Sci program getting test answer keys from Gujarati TAs, and flagrantly plagiarizing each other's essays and code every step of the way. This is beyond any American form of nepotism. It is systemic and internationally invasive.
