I was thinking you must be catalan because I don't think we do that in C.Valenciana. Seguro que está buenísimo también.

I'm from the furthest town possible in Alicante without it becoming murcia, and there's this very typical way of making paella which is pic related.

It's basically chicken paella with some local sausages+scrambled eggs then put in the oven. It's damn good, but I haven't put myself into doing it yet.
