if you haven't cooked with soaked whole wheat dough try pizza dough
let all the flour and salt soak for 24 hours in water with a tablespoon of acv added
after 24 hours has passed add proofed yeast with some sugar
you can shape this like a baguette/dinner roll and cook it or you can make pizza

it takes time but consider most bread products are made within hours these days using refined white flour, and ppl are sicker than ever from convenience and fast food style food prep

that looks delicious, next time I have a reason to bake a cake I'd like to make a soaked whole wheat carrot cake
picrel is my fermented whole wheat pizza dough, I make it in big batches and freeze it meal sized portions
