Is there nothing better than Mexican street tacos? These things are incredible. They're cheap, tasty and absolutely go good with anything. Here's how to make it:
>skirt steak (season lightly with sea salt)
>tomatoes
>onion (white)
>cilantro
>queso fresco
>tortillas
>limes
>green hot sauce

It's absolutely brilliant. You can serve this at BBQs, dinners, get-togethers - whatevers. Goes great with beer.

I am going to post a plethora of pics pertaining to Mexican street tacos... I am trying to gather the recipe for it. Ignore the multitude of protein in the pictures, I just gathered whatever taco images I could find off the local Mexican walk up food truck and restaurant.

Trying to determine the cheese used and the ingredients. So far I have:

>tortillas
>cilantro
>tomatoes
>onions (white)
>skirt steak
>queso fresco (?)
lime on the side and green hot sauce
