Yesterday I cooked some bacon, and as I was throwing away the bacon grease, I kinda thought it was a shame. My family has never saved bacon grease, but I know some people do.
How do you save the grease, what do you use it for, and how do you store it? Have you had any experience with it?

Is bacon healthy? I'm talking about modern typical bacon from the grocery stores, nothing fancy and not the bacon from ancient times before pigs were injected with antibiotics and hormones.

I'm looking for pasture raised meats. Beef and chicken seem to be really easy to find. I can't find pasture raised bacon anywhere in person. Farmers markets are still closed in my city, I think. I can find it online from places like crowd cow/porter road.
So, I guess I'm looking for review of those services and/or good humane brand recommendations.

To add onto this; our "bacon" is the same as what Americans call "bacon".

If we order "bacon", we get pic related. We have to order peameal bacon in order to get "Canadian bacon".
