Have you tried just using, I don't know, common sense? Like, imagine if you went out to eat for lunch and ordered a 6oz steak, and it came with a side salad, a baked potato, and a dinner roll. Would you really read that on the menu and think, "huh, maybe I should order a second baked potato. That totally seems reasonable"?
