They’re great. I’ve heard they’re a New England thing and the only place I’ve found here in Michigan that makes them is Desi's Taco Lounge up north in Oscoda.

They’e fucking great but I’ve only had them at Desi's up in Oscoda and nobody hereabouts makes them. I’ve heard corned beef hash omelets are a New England thing?

Desi's Taco Lounge in Oscoda Michigan has a corned beef hash omelette that is fantastic (though breakfast is only available to 11:00am) and nobody locally here down in metro Detroit makes one and I’m too incompetent to do it myself…
