The onions were baked with the chicken so they softened up pretty well. I'm open to other presentations and preparation for them. The filling wasn't bad, but the chicken around it could use work. I just hit it with some salt/pepper/oregano/basil. And no, the pesto was premade, took a shortcut there. Any advice is gladly accepted. Definitely a kitchen white belt here.
