I'm eating some homemade hummus (1 can of chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice) with a few large 10 inch carrot sticks. I assume this is healthy? It's also boring as fuck. Normally I eat a sandwich and lots of chips and a pickle. I think I have some digestive shit going on so I'm trying to cut back on carbs since I fart like 20 times a day and it seems most severe when I eat lots of bread/chips. I would rather be sucking on oscar meyers wiener with a fat bologna sandwich right now. I'm done with the carrots and ate about 3/4s of the hummus and I'm still hungry as shit and not satisfied at all. I'm just itching to open a bag of chips and have some meat. How do you make healthy FILLING meals that aren't vegetarian poverty trash

I think I fart way more than average. I have to hold it in a lot at work since people are around me and it builds up and is really physically uncomfortable. At home I just let it rip but I still think my number of farts per day is a lot more than the average person. What are the best/easiest diet changes to make to test if it's something I eat instead of immediately taking meds or getting diagnosed with some disorder? I seriously fart a lot....

what are some pasta sauces without heavy cream/parmesan (I only have sharp cheddar and mozzarella). I have basic shit like milk/flour/butter/sour cream and also some different canned tomatoes if not a white sauce. Something simple that would fill out a basic chicken/pasta dish.
