>b12 is only found in animal products
What is mushrooms, beans, yeast, sea plants, and fortified foods such as plant milk, cereal, plant meat, monster energy drink?
You should take a multivitamin every day regardless of your diet. The average American has 8 vitamin deficiencies.
Any two plants together (rice and beans / spinach and onions / apples and bananas) are technically a complete protein. There is no medical record of a single amino deficiency outside of people with eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia.
If you ate nothing but carrots and were able to hit your TDEE, you would have all of the protein your body requires to function and extra to rebuild muscle.

All of these have been completely debunked time and time again, stop spreading misinformation.

Veganism is not about the health. Veganism is about reducing animal cruelty as much as humanly possible.

>Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose.
