New Glarus specifically. They make probably the best American hefewiezen, and a great German style lager.
Capital Brewery nearby, while I am not the biggest fan of them, makes some really excellent bocks, a style most american breweries don't care much about
Probably has something to do with the massive number of residents in Wisconsin descended from Germans
