had some chorizo leftover from jambalaya so used that
a scotch bonnet
two jalapenos
3 cloves of garlic, oregano, basil, some homemade hot sauce (shittons of birds eye and scotch bonnet in there), crushed red pepper, hint of lemon, tomato puree and thinned with some water
sliced dried chorizo (back in the USA you can get the kind i like more, the stuff in a tube, like in the OP photo. can only really get the dried stuff here, quite different)
topped with Red Leicester and some fresh mozz
