I made a bet with a friend for $600 that I can not drink alcohol for 4 months. I'm at one month and it's pretty easy so far, but I miss the complexity of flavor I get from whisky and craft beer.

What can I drink that has an interesting, complex flavor? Pop is too sweet. So far I've been drinking tonic water with bitters (we agreed that was allowed as it won't raise my BAC to a detectable level).
