American Cheese

Eurofag here, im currently visiting my bf in the states and yesterday morning he prepared some grilled cheeses for us both. Nothing special right? Well let me tell you this: I've experimented plenty with grilled cheeses, with all kinds of different euro cheeses, and yet this one was unlike anything I've tasted. It was almost a spiritual experience.

I asked him what kind of magic he had applied to create such a heavenly dish, and he just looked at me funny saying this is as basic as you can prepare it. I went to the kitchen and saw the torn packaging with Kraft Singles spelled onto it. I was in disbelief. Something I had assumed to be the most pleb, fake, repulsive "cheese" possible was actually the best I had ever tasted.

I've already placed a massive order to export to my home once I get back to europe. It will take a while, as I'm letting it be delivered on ship rather than on plane as to reduce carbon emissions.

These are kraft singles which aren't even close to kraft deluxe. And they're better seasoned than the generic deli variety. Granted I've never tried like boars head deli American but deluxe kraft is top tier American cheese. It's 7 dollars a pound.
