I put myself on a pretty strict diet to lose a bunch of weight quickly (I am 275lbs).
I start the day at 7:30am with a cup of coffee with milk.
Around 3-4pm I have a small bowl of Goldfish crackers
Around 7:30-8pm I have dinner, usually a large salad with baby spinach, arugula, tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and a boneless skinless chicken breast cut up on top. Homemade red wine vinegar dressing. Maybe a piece of pita bread on the side. Alternately I’ll have a chicken breast with a large helping of broccoli roasted with spices and olive oil.
Throughout the day I have sparkling water and take some multivitamins before bed.
Will this diet work long haul? Is it enough food? Too much?
