I want to make some Meatballs.
I normally mix the meat with Eggs, Breadcrumbs,Cheese, and assorted spices.
Now I have an Avocado lying around that won't survive the next two days(leaving over the weekend)

How would mixing said Avocaod into the meatballs affect their cooking and taste?
