Hey there SIBO buddy!
What's funny is I never got this bloated before the breath test but it inflated me badly and apparently permanently. This fucking gas won't go away. Rifaximin did nothing. There is only bloat.

Diet does help though, I made the mistake of trying 22g of oats and felt miserable and constantly nauseous for days. Now I'm minimizing fiber and no fodmaps and I'm kinda alright. Although the bloat is STILL THERE ALWAYS.
