It consists of black beans, sliced sweet onion, chopped Bell peppers, lime slice, and minced garlic sauteed in olive oil, with dashes of Badia fajita spice, Chile powder, oregano, and just a smidge of cumin.

Cheese sauce is made with a nugget of Colby jack I had left, pinch of corn starch, and dash of milk to lube. Melted it down a bit and added a dollop of low-fat Greek yogurt to thicken it up. Put it on top of the taco, then added some Deltaco meduim sauce on top and a sprinkle of chile powder for aesthetic. Kinda wish I salted to cheeses sauce more though.

also does anybody know of a way to eat more beans without getting horrible bloating and gas? Even when I eat Beano with it I still end up getting some really bad bloat, painful bloat.

Had some flavor bread pizza from Aldi to be lazy.
