Why would anyone with a brain go to McDonalds when you can get much better burgers made from local produce for the same price at some local burger joint and the staff there won't actually spit in your burger.

you have to interact with the cashier. If they can't find the patties tell them to click lunch, lunch, a-la-carte and look on the bottom left of the screen. I had one of them teach me a while back. Sometimes they charge for the tartar sauce, sometimes not.
