Meat and cheese failure guy here. Tried another keto meal from memory. No idea if this is considered good from a culinary standpoint, but it tasted pretty great.

Its basically a mushroom stuffed with half of a tomato slice and half-assedly chopped garlic topped with a pretty thick slice of mozzarella and a little sage I found in the back of my pantry. I'll probably make this again a few times next week since I have a giant block of mozzarella and nothing else to use it on.
