Tacobell has a specially made scoop that portions the meat. Most things have 1 scoop of meat. Some things have 2 scoops. But as long as the person scooping the meat scoops the same every time, then the portions should always come out the same. Perhaps if they're working fast, they can do a bad scoop, and skimp you on the meat. But that's very unlikely.
