Coconut vanilla chia seed pudding. Mix milk with seeds, sit and enjoy. It's good for you and it's like eating a rice/tapioca pudding.

I used to be extremely overweight and lost it in a year. You're not disabled, you're fat. You need to learn how to eat less and start doing light exercises, so you don't strain yourself. It's very hard at first, but don't go overboard and set unreachable goals or you'll be discouraged. Make a goal of 2 - 5 kg at first. You'll get a great boost of confidence boost. I hope you do lose the weight and get healthy.

I suggest chia seed pudding, picture related. It's a great, healthy snack.
