THEN you can wax poetic about how organic/non-GMO/GF/farm-raised/sugar-free it is, but don't outright compare yourself to other Chinese joints. Hipster faggots just need to be sold the idea that they're eating at someplace special and down-to-earth and good for them, then they won't care about your race or how "authentic" it is.
