Best Chicago Style Deep Dish pie joint in the city. I get 7 of these bad boys on Sunday and eat 1 a day every week. I reheat it and take it to work and everyone knows I go to Lou's when I want some pizza. Sometimes I get their slices but I hate New York style, it's too fucking messy, I like eating with a bread bowl and a spoon. It's faster and more efficient.

Has anyone ever worked in a restaurant as a prep before. I'm trying to work my way up in the restaurant Business but I'm a little worried of going to a job and not know a damn thing. I worked as a prep with my uncle before but he never really showed me anything. So my question is. What exactly does a person needs to know in order to become a prep cook?

it's quite common here to send a dish back if it's not done properly (granted you go to a decent enough place and not just street food).

I worked as a waiter before, never really saw a problem when someone sent a dish back when it was undercooked or over cooked, I mean sometimes going out to eat a meal with the family is quite costly specially if you are the man of the family who usually pays for everything.

So I suppose you at least expect things to be done correctly, when you go to the restaurant you are paying for the service it is only fair you get the quality you are paying for.
