Okay....I had finished my original dish, which was a 3-layered alcoholic delight, this morning. Although it was tasty, it didn't look good. So, I decided to just say fuck it and go to plan b, which is this:

Cocoa Rib Eye with Carmelized Onions and Strawberries and Cayenne-Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

Gotta be honest guys, this is a simple dish, but it was the tastiest thing I've cooked for this year's competition
