The way I see things is that I have a duty to maintain my health to the best of my ability if I'm going out of my way to make myself part of others' lives instead of being a shutin gamer. It costs me nothing because I'm wired differently, preferring nutrient density over energy density. I never liked candy and will buy too many greens if I go shopping hungry.
