This sounds lovely, salty cheese + cranberries. Saving the recipe!
Agree with the anon down there who said ravioli are a bit too thick. I make pasta pretty often(no pasta maker yet) and it can be a real torture rolling it very thin.

Gran's Easter recipe, with mini rolls because I didn't have enough meat + muh presentation.

Lamb rolls stuffed with ricotta, prosciutto and swiss chard, rubbed outside with thyme and rosemary, on a bed of rucola.

I do, because this version tastes comoletely different than the original (same thing without strawberries + much more coffee), but hey, you're the one scoring.

I'll send you the mail when I get home from work, need to look up the exact quantities.

Extremely busy this week, thought I was going to miss this round.

It's good and I think the big upside is how filling they are, can't really eat more than 2-3 pieces.

I made "fritule", a traditional snack/dessert + sour cranberry and blueberry sauce to dip them in.

Usually gradmas or aunts made them for family gatherings I attended, eaten with hands or a toothpick. It's similar to apple fritters, except these are made with yoghurt instead of milk and a lot of prosecco goes inside.

Forgot trip again, damn.

>300 g onion
>3 cloves garlic
>1 tbsp sweet paprika
>1 teaspoon spicy paprika(optional, if you don't like spicy, sweet paprika is enough.)
>150 g smoked bacon
Alternatives: prosciutto(which I used on pic related), pancetta.
>vegetable/canola/sunflower oil to sauté the onions on
>500 g white beans
>1 tbsp ajvar or ljutenica(optional)
You can actually use any kind of beans, I mixed red beans and cannellini.

>1. chop up the onions, sauté on oil for 4 minutes
>2. chop up bacon and garlic, add to the pan and reduce heat, sauté for 2 minutes
>3. Add paprika and stir well
>4. Add beans, salt and pepper(as much as you feel it's enough) and stir until evenly combined
>5.If you have ajvar/ljutenica, add 1 tbsp
>6. stir on low heat for 5 minutes

Some recipes use roux, but this it came way too thick without using one so I don't think it's neccessary. You can also bake them in the oven on 180 Celsius after adding the beans, mine doesn't work so I couldn't do it. Almost every family has a different recipe for this dish.

This sounds pretty good actually.
Do you imagine it as everyone rolling for their own board or everyone making a dish for the same board?
