Chimichangas, frozen food, "fried" chicken/fish, french fries... there's probably a whole cookbook that came with the air fryer. Not to mention that an air fryer is just a compact convection oven. Anything that can be cooked in a normal oven is able to be cooked in an air fryer assuming that it fits into the basket.
