Tonight I’m cooking a lot of shit but cornbread is the first up on the list. Going for a Southern/Mexican fusion for this one. A slight experiment since I haven’t tried using anchos in addition to jalapeños before. Stay tuned to see how it turns out.

Got this spinach and Swiss chard from my backyard garden. I thought they died from a frost last fall but it came back this spring and looks healthy again. Think it’s good to eat? I was thinking of doing them Southern style with some bacon and vinegar.
