Argentinian Carbonada.
Meat, veg, and fruit stew. Definitely one of the strangest and most palate challenging meals I have tried. In keeping with Argentinian style (eating lots of meat), I used rib meat and ate a rib eye while awaiting for the stew.

Camera seems to be blurry towards the bottom. Anyway, it's butter beans, onion, and potatoes, with pork atop. All were pan fried then chucked into the oven to finish.

Unfortunately I don't own a grill, so my plan (still) is to hopefully get a fire going in my backyard and go from there.

I'm not a fan of seafood, so yes, I tried to mask the salmon a bit, but nope, it was indeed the strongest flavour of the dish still.
