at this point, you should do PSMF - protein sparing modified fast

1. Eat whatever your goal weight is in grams of protein, so if you would like to be 150lbs, then eat 150g of protein
2. Take multivitamin and extra potassium/magnesium (multis can't fit all that shit in)

that's it, don't eat anything else, it will just impede your fat loss (extra calories)
eating less protein is dangerous, because you'll lose lean tissue (your heart is a muscle, so don't undereat protein)
