Although a bit higher than what you can ingest, I use Morton lite salt. I use a spoon and grind it super fine on a cutting board. I sprinkle it on my food right before I eat it. that makes it taste reasonably salty without too much sodium.

I cut them in half, place in a pan with a Tablespoon Olive or Avocado oil and three quarters cup of water and cook an medium heat until gently browned. Add whatever spices you like during the process. Enjoy!
