A bar near me adds a shot of vanilla vodka and tops it with whipped cream. Makes it taste like a rootbeer float.

I'm still basically a pleb, been tasting a bunch of scotches and other whiskeys and I tend to do it with an ice cube or two.

I've tried it with Carolan's irish cream before. Not recommended.

If you get good absinthe you shouldn't need to dilute it with sugar. For water I typically put a couple ice cubes and wait for it to develop the louche, which is a cloudiness, then drink.

Hey /ck/ I'm going to be making tofu stir fry tomorrow and wanted some help with ideas of what to add, how to marinate etc. So far I know I want to add Brussels sprouts. I've never made stir fry before so any help would be appreciated!
