let me rank the foods you mentioned and how full they'll make you on a calorie per calorie basis:

"fatty processed meat" > "fatty processed cheese" = beans > everything else

meat will leave you fuller for the same amount of calories than brown rice because it has more protein, protein is the most filling macro per calorie

An easy way to constantly consume a lot of calories is to eat lots of carbs and little fats

the carbs will digest faster when not consumed with fats
so a loaf of bread with fat free milk
a few hours later, a dozen bagels with the same milk
a few hours later two (measured uncooked) cups of rice with 1/4 lb chicken breast

keep protein to a healthy level, but not too much, 30g animal protein per meal, 4-5 meals a day which several hundred grams of carbs
consume fats before sleep because then you're not going to eat for another 8 hours
