I would really like to applaud her for choosing this op because it fits pretty nicely. she has the biggest rack I've seen on a lolita other than mine and this is the first coord that has flattered her.
bangs and mousse/brushing would have made the hair look less stringy. I like the boots matching the bag and hair, but the height and sweet style of the boot don't quite work. ankle boots would have been more classic, more fitting.
her make is fine, and her poof is just about perfect. I'm happy for her! just change to classic shoes and smoother tidier hairstyle

Let me tell you a bit about anatomy, son. Breasts do not just grow outwards. Someone with a G cup breast will have breast tissue that may start higher or end lower on the chest than people with smaller breasts. In this girls case, the actual breast tissue looks like it ends lower on her chest. This has nothing to do with what kind of bra she is wearing, it's just her body. It's not a case of her being fat either, because she isn't fat. Furthermore, there is actually no safe method to reduce the appearance of breasts like this unless she got a breast reduction. I just noticed there is another option. The shadow of the skirt on her tights ending then her boots being bright, she might be leaning back with her butt against the wall, and feet out into the light a bit more and bend forward at the shoulders a tiny tiny bit, this would shave an inch off but then again those boots have heals too. It's always amazing for me when I'm wearing platform shoes to be able to see over cars in a parking lot, be able to reach top shelves, or see over the isles in a shopette.
