Makeup isn’t great but I wouldn’t call it bad. She’s much like Nigs with the thick black lined eyes with thick black lashes, deep contour and nude lips that have a slightly darker line on the bottom lip to make the pout look. She’s just following the basic algorithms for sexy cosplay model. Bought likes or not, people like this rehashed shit. You just got to face it that people do and ignore it.

The eyelashes are clumpped together, the different pinks on the eyes aren't blended well. The pink on the nose makes her look drunk-not cute, eyebrows are short and a weird red.
Lips are probably the only kind of cute thing on it, but even then it could of been blended more.

This sort of photo is always super retouched, you can do really clean eyeliner but it'll never be that ridiculously perfect irl.
My tip is to get a really pigmented, felt or brush tip liquid eyeliner and practice every single day desu. You have to learn to work with your own eyeshape, not everyone's will allow for the shape in that picture (mine doesn't for ex, my crease is too low). Start by using softly, short, flowy strokes as you draw, it comes easier than if you're gripping the liner firmly trying to slowly draw a continuous line (which I see many times in videos).

Dude. Her eye makeup is completely unblended, she used an awful looking glitter liner, she lined her eyes like a raccoon... her eyebrows look awful and the glitter is all over her face. It’s bad.

Also just jumping in and pointing out that I’m pretty sure she’s using Uniglitter’s Rainbow Unicorn glitter. It’s safe for your face and has aloe in it. I use it a lot for my Mabel Pines cosplay (bezazzled face and all). Stuff is a bitch to get off.
