I think it's a fair question. Wear happens, as pristine as you take care of your stuff. I've have secondhand brand that's fabric is still extremely thick because it was worn once and brand that feels thinner and softer because it's been worn and washed, released the same year from the same line.

It was sold as a blouse ('royal lacy collar blouse') but it might work as a chiffon cardigan with the right dress. I came really close to buying it when it came out but it didn't fit me at the time "Don't buy clothes that don't fit now" is generally a good rule for me, but I super regret passing it up now that would fit. They blamed a "system failure". Now I am even more angry. When I initially contacted them I asked them to place my max bid an hour or two before the end of the auction. They replies and said they would place the bid 10 minutes before to ensure the lowest price and that they do this all the time for their yahoo customers and that it is more effective this way. Practically every cut and color of my dream dress besides my preferred one is available right now (I have 7 listings bookmarked), and some of the listings are rather cheap. I'm so torn as to whether or not I should just buy one, enjoy it for a while, and sell it if my first choice comes up, or wait it out.

Yes,I have gotten my 2nd choice before and sold it on as soon as I was able to get my first choice. After buying my 2nd choice and having a DD instantly pop up, I've decided to wait so I don't end up without funds. Most of my current DDs are expensive enough that it wouldn't be worth settling for something I wasn't in love with.

It wouldn't necessarily be an issue for me if my preferred option popped up right after I bought it now. I'm also fairly certain I'd be able to sell the other one without too much of a problem.
I'm kind of torn which option to go with, though.
I'm definitely leaning toward my preferred cut in a different color, but their are two options available. I kind of prefer one since it is cheaper atm and more popular (plus wasn't replicated to my knowledge), but the other one would probably work better with my current wardrobe and is "cuter."
