Not sure of the drama (even if this is a self post), but I actually don't mind the flats? I usually like to go with a slight heel because it makes my legs look nicer, but I'm guilty of wearing a dressy pair of flats for casual coords to work and school, plus it makes walking around easier.

Outside of the stark white socks, I think it's a nice casual coord, and I don't generally like IW bear prints.

Those type of OTKs (printed lacing) were worn all the time 10 years ago. There are more old school socks that lace-top UTKs. The shoes have more bows on them than legit old school ones, but have the clunky and rounded toe. I agree on the blouse and choker though.
