If I were female I would try this Ultimecia Griever version. I think I could do a great job on it. Get the arms to movie and all kinds of sexy stuff. Most of the current ones out there don't do the design justice.

The reason modern armies have two dogtags is because during WW1 identification tags were taken from dead bodies for administrative purposes, which left a fuck-tonne of John Does with no way to identify them when they were being shipped home. So they got two, one for administration, one for afterwards.

So since that universe (presumably) hasn't had a war on the scale of WW1, there wouldn't be the need for two dogtags.
