I usually like the majority of this girl's coordinates, but there's always something that seems to be slightly off about them...like the wig in the previously posted picture, or the mismatched browns, bright red lipstick, and odd jewelry in this one. she's cute, but you definitely wouldn't want to consider this 'good' OTT. I don't think >>6932608 is a very good coord, either, picture related is far superior OTT classic.

Make sure you have one main hair accessory, and arrange the other ones around it. The worst mistake a lot of people make is just piling a bunch of shit on their head with no direction whatsoever. You need a focal point, like a big head-bow.

OTT sweet doesn't have to be pastels or loaded with fake candy hair clips or sugary colored wigs. It just has to be over the top. Make a nice co-ord, then just crank that baby up with whatever matches. Which print do you have?

Placement is everything too. Even if you arrange things around a big headbow, I think it looks better with a more mathmatical/balanced method. I usually use sideswept bangs as it tends to flatter my face better. So I usually offset the part with a bow or other accessory, and arrange smaller bows around and downwards, I also try to balance the colors out (especially if I go rainbow) so that there's not too much of one color in one spot.

Definitely not as bad as Q-land or Clobba. I try to get as many people as possible not to buy from them, they're too overpriced. There's a limit, damn it.
To save shipping, try doing a grouporder or even buy a lot of stuff so you're spending 20$ on a petticoat and a bunch of accessories shipped and not 20$ on a petticoat alone.

Marlessa is very unique. Her outfits never have not even a slight feeling of "I've seen this before".
The first time I saw an outfit of hers I was a little chocked, I admit ( I guess it was >>6932695). At a first glance it seems like she doesn't really match anything with anything. If you look closely, though, you'll notice she is very careful about every detail. The little hairbow (imo) balaces the lipstick and, together, they throw just enough red to make the other colors on her outfit look brighter.
Also I love it that she over accessorized her fists so it balances all those headresses. God, I feel like I could go on forever...
She is my favourite lolita. I know many people who don't like her style too. Well, I like to think that she's too "avantgard" for them.
