I don't have any necklaces on or anything, though I might make one to go with the dress.

I'm kind of planning on tying off the wig into two low hanging pigtails to reduce the bulk. It's really the only wig I have atm aside from a dark brown curly one (this one which I have for a cosplay: http://imgur.com/2znBj6w)) and a ridiculous deep pink twin tail.

And I am laughing so hard at ramen noodle hair.

Outfit looks fine but I think a darker colored wig in a shorter length might suit you better.
Maybe a cute shoulder-length bob with fringe since the dress is a fairly simple and kind of summery. Pic related (doesn't have to be that exact color/style, just an example).

I've always been terrified of bobs cause I think they look awful on fat people. I could always get a cheap ebay one to test drive it though.
My real hair isn't super long, but I'm not too much of a stylist. All I can do is straighten it a bit, but it does have a habit of frizzing out bad in humidity. Pic related, my real hair straightened.

I can't speak for the OP but I have been working on weight loss myself. I've always been very curvy but I don't have a round face and my waist cinches in my hourglass figure with little belly. I've had friends in fashion retail who tell me I can fit in small sizes but never realised the deadly problem of boobs and butt. I have trouble with getting the right fit there and the only explanation you can give yourself is "you're too fat"

I'm on the pale side, but I was wearing cream tights with polka dots on top of that (I was hoping the dots showed up a bit more) but instead, they made my legs look pasty as all get out. I'm planning on coording it with mint and some mint tights next time to bring out the mint accents in the print. I have a few pairs of OTKs to go with it, but it's riding super short on me right now so it looks really awkward with OTKs. I need to get around to moving the buttons or lengthening the straps a bit.
