Your dad walks in and stands there thunderstruck, he asks you what you're doing, you explain that it's for the con you're going to and he replies:

No, he didn't. After my mother ran away and we moved to a womens refuge, all the way up until I was 18 he fought against paying child support. Not once in the last 5 years has he attempted to contact me properly, though I have had a few messages through Myspace (when it was popular) calling me a cunt, threatening to come "teach me a lesson" and saying that my mother is a whore and I'm not his kid, which is bullshit as I unfortunately have his exact eyes.
