this is Ouji/Kodona

which is basically lolita's counterpart

the Japanese use Ouji which means prince, and the Western comm has adopted the word Kodona, which was used by a visual kei artist to describe his own personal style (probably because a lot of people can't pronounce Ouji correctly) Kodona is basically the words Kodomo and Otona smashed together
