There is definitly a swoop looking at her left waist but, this type of grass tend to have strokes in different directions when it's cut like that You can also see it happening in the bottom front. The grass doesn't bend in a logic direction for a swoop. I think the effect is a slight but badly done swoop with a extremely overdone dept of field.

Most fat people I know use a cane because they can barely carry their own weight.
